I always ask, "Hot or mild?" and based on the answer, I may probe further and ask "How hot do you like it?" My brother is the king of hot sauces, so I know how to add heat if you like it. Personally, I like it medium-hot, so I use these ingredients. Make a bunch at once, it'll keep. They make great virgin drinks too!
The best way to make them is to make a big pitcher of the above ingredients and put in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
For a complete meal, add onion, olive, cherry tomato, pepperocini, green beans, then top off with a large spoonful of cocktail sauce capped wih a large icy cold peeled shrimp!!!!!! (All ingredients below to taste)
- Tomato juice
- Tabasco or other hot sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- A few turns of fresh ground black pepper
- Dash of celery salt
- Teaspoon of horseradish sauce
- Tablespoon of shrimp cocktail sauce.
Fill a pint glass with ice and celery and turn some fresh ground pepper right on the rocks. Add your favorite vodka (or tequila, for you bloody Maria fans) then fill with chilled mix and stir with celery stalk. Yummy!
